Accessibility

Dear patrons,

Samara State Philharmonic Hall is firmly committed to making its facilities and performances accessible to people of all abilities. In order to make your visit to the venue as comfortable as possible, feel free to contact our customer service manager Yekaterina Schipova on +7 846 207-07-16 before attending an event of your choice.

We try to do our best to meet the requirements for accessibility and to provide a range of access services for people who are blind or have low vision, for people who are deaf or have a hearing impairment and for people with physical and other disabilities.

Samara State Philharmonic Hall is 60 meters away from «Filarmonia» bus stops on Frunze St. and Lva Tolstogo St. which are served by numerous bus and tram routes (take bus routes №34, 207, 226, 240, 37, 46, 47, 295 and tram routes № 3, 15, 16, 20). The crosswalks are equipped with audible indications for people with visual impairments.

There are 2 accessible parking spaces located at Lva Tolstogo St. Car spaces have wheelchair access to the elevator and the main entrance. The main entrance is equipped with wheelchair ramp and audible indication. There is also a communication button beside the ramp so you can call our attendants in case you need any assistance.

A touch screen information kiosk can be found in the Box Office. The kiosk is adapted for people with hearing and vision impairments and provides information on upcoming events and ticket availability. An inductive hearing loop is installed at the Box Office counter windows.

There is also elevator access to the concert hall. The elevator is located behind a boom barrier to the left of the main entrance. In order to use it please proceed to the boom barrier and use a communication button to call attendants for help. The elevator provides access to the seating area, the philharmonic museum, the relaxation area, the buffet and restrooms.
Please note that there is no elevator service to the cloakrooms so if you need to use them please ask one of our attendants for assistance.

There are four braille information boards available at different locations in the lobby:
  • in the 1st floor foyer – next to the 2nd floor stairs and next to the restrooms doors
  • on the 2nd floor – in front of the museum
  • on the 3rd floor – at the entrance to the seating area
Also available are illuminated seating area signs at the entrances to the balcony and the stalls.

Accessible toilet facilities can be found to the left of the cloakrooms on the first floor and also on the third floor.

Inductive hearing loop is available for patrons in the stalls and the balcony.
